The Marketing Organisation of the Future
Tomorrow’s marketing organisations will likely look very different from today. Agencies will need to build new capabilities, structure themselves in more flexible ways, and evolve how they create value. Companies and institutions will not just need to change the structure and roles of their marketing departments, but how they work with other parts of the organisation, and indeed how entire organisations become defined by how they engage with their customers.
Join us as we explore what marketing organisations may look like in the future, and what we can do today to create successful marketers.
